During the transition in which State Farm is reducing services to home and commercial insurance, Linh has been very helpful and empathetic, assisting me with referrals for alternative coverage. As State Farm already understands, this has been a huge stress on the industry and customers alike. I hope that there will soon be a resolution between state regulators and the insurance industry so that stability in the market place of coverage can be restored and fine agents Linh, and brokerage firms operating State Farm's name, can be property compensated and remain in business to service customers."
