March 18, 2026 Today, March 8, 2024, I contacted Linh with a question about current State Farm property insurance offerings. On a separate topic I asked if she could provide me copies of improvement documentation I had formerly provided to State Farm. During the transition in which State Farm is reducing services to home and commercial insurance, Linh has been very helpful and empathetic, assisting me with referrals for alternative coverage. As State Farm already understands, this has been a huge stress on the industry and customers alike.
